Fatty liver is becoming increasingly common in the United States and globally. It is estimated that one in every four adults and one in every ten children in the United States suffer from fatty liver. This situation cannot continue, and we must take action.

Currently, it seems that decision-makers are not paying enough attention to this issue and are not focusing on how to naturally reverse fatty liver. Therefore, I want to explore this issue with you through this video.

Now, let’s talk about the five things you must stop doing to reverse fatty liver.

First, and unfortunately, it’s alcohol. Whether it’s non-alcoholic or alcoholic fatty liver, drinking is a big no-no. You must stop immediately. If you need professional help, then seek it. Alcohol promotes the synthesis of fat, and once you drink more than a small sip, your liver will start accumulating fat, which is very harmful to your health. So, stop drinking.

Second, stop drinking soft drinks. Beverages containing fructose, such as high-fructose corn syrup, regular corn syrup, and regular cane sugar, are major enemies of the liver. A small sip occasionally is okay, but regular and large consumption, especially in children, can put a serious strain on the body. This also promotes the accumulation of fat in the liver, leading to various health problems. So, stay away from soft drinks.

The third point, which may be surprising, is to stop drinking fruit juices. The high fructose content in fruit juices is very harmful to fatty liver. If you have fatty liver, you should completely avoid fruit juices.

The fourth point is to stop consuming all grains. Whether it’s wheat, corn, rice, or oats, these contain fructose, which can worsen the symptoms of fatty liver. So, stay away from these grains.

The last point is to stop consuming all forms of sugar, including organic local honey and organic agave syrup. These contain a lot of fructose, which is a cause of fatty liver.
